QUALİTY
Master Chain Grade 80 high duty chains are manufactured according to EN 818-2. These chains are ideal for the use of chain slings and lashing chains as for lifting and transporting.
Master Chain Co. Pays maximum attention to the use of high quality alloyed steel with suitable mechanical properties.
During production process each grade 80 chain link is calibrated and tested 2.5 times the working load limit. Master Chain manufactures in the range of 5mm to 45mm diameter.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Master Grade 80 Chains will lose some of their load capacity if used at high temperatures as shown in the table.

The use in chemical and abrasive conditions can change also load capacity and it must be discussed with the Master Chain Co. Chains must not work in acidic environment.
If the load to be lifted asymmetrical strain on the individual legs of the chain sling, the load capacity of the chain sling is reduced to half of the value specified on the tally.
MARKING
Grade 80 chain marked at approximately every 60 cm , and it has a special marking that states quality grade and brand name as “G80” and “MASTER”.
