Flat Link Mining Chain

Genel Açıklama

This type of chain features one of its links with a flat surface, reducing the outer width of the vertical link. The height of the flat links, produced according to the DIN 22255 standard, is less than that of the round links produced according to the DIN 22252 standard. This allows for the use of larger diameter chains with minimal adjustments on the same conveyor line. For example, instead of using a round link chain with an outer width of 85mm and dimensions of 26x92mm according to DIN 22252, a flat link chain with an outer width of 85mm and dimensions of 30x108mm according to DIN 22255 can be used. Masterchain produces flat link chains in the diameter range of 26-48mm, compliant with DIN 22255, and available in Grade 80 and Grade 100 quality for the mining industry. Custom chains can be manufactured according to different customer project requirements
