Stainless Steel Pump Lifting Chain

Allgemeine Beschreibung

As Zintaş Chain, our stainless steel pump lifting chains are manufactured from high-strength 1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel. Our chains are designed with straight-sided master links at critical points for the precise lifting and lowering of pumps. They are produced in accordance with Grade 60 standards.

The standard length of chain segments is 1,000 mm, and they can be used both as basic and additional components. For special projects, we can provide custom assemblies tailored to your needs. To offer higher resistance against corrosive effects, our chains are electro-polished for a bright finish, and each chain undergoes rigorous individual testing at our Rina-certified facility. These tests include verification with a 2.5 times Working Load Limit (WLL) and a 4:1 safety factor, along with a salt spray test to measure corrosion resistance, ensuring economic efficiency, durability, and long-lasting reliability.

The pump lifting chain comes with a polished surface and is available in various sizes ranging from 6 mm to 20 mm. It offers a wide range of load capacities, starting from 400 kg up to 4 tons.
