Marine 40 Chain

The Marine 40 chain, with its close-to-zero special tolerance values, sets an entirely new standard in the maritime industry. This manufacturing technology provides precise chain dimensions and prevents issues arising from the width tolerances of standard chains. With a quality corresponding to a tensile strength of 40kg/mm² (400N/mm²), Marine 40 performs 30% better than traditional chains.

The Marine 40 chain is marked approximately every 100 cm with an "M40" code indicating its quality grade and model.

THICK ZINC COATING

The Marine 40 chain is hot-dip galvanized to provide a deep and robust protective coating. It features a zinc layer with a minimum thickness of 70 microns, which contains 30% more zinc compared to standard galvanized chains. The Marine 40 chain is mechanically and chemically cleaned before galvanizing to ensure the longest-lasting corrosion protection. Post-galvanizing processes ensure that the Marine 40 chain has a smooth and uniform zinc layer without any burrs.
